Gregg Wood

Mr. Wood has been in the real estate business for over 30 years. He has a vast knowledge of all things real estate. He has billions in personal production starting with lending, banking, private money, construction loans, development, land planning, Financial Planning, and ground-up design-build.
Gregg started Silver Stream Advisors 11 years ago to help individuals maximize their investment opportunities nationwide and has helped hundreds of people grow their portfolios with robust returns on capital. His most recent project includes a master-planned community in Southern Utah.
As Managing Director at ATIS, Mr. Wood is focused on luxury residential development opportunities in some of the most affluent markets in the country. Gregg is a husband and father and lives an active life keeping up with his 5 daughters and 2 grandchildren.

Andre has a unique blend of hospitality development, entertainment, brand ideation, and design-build expertise that spans over 25 years. His visionary approach to development, whether it be hotel, restaurant, or residential has pushed the boundaries of the industry. With his innate instincts for location, concept, design, and programming he has fathered many successes. Andre is not only passionate about business but also about his personal life.
As a father, husband, and son he has fulfilled the dreams of his family. His children reflect his passion for life and learning and his marriage and home reflect a strong love and devotion for spiritual strength and courage. Andre is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles, a decorated veteran of the United States Army and a cancer survivor.

Skilled in WELL Buildings, Healthy Workplaces, Workplace Strategy, Net Zero, Mass Timber construction, Core + Shell, Interior Architecture, Branding & Identity, Mixed-Use, Multi-Family, Hospitality, Custom Residential, and Urban Design. Strong arts and design professional with an M.Arch / Certificate in Real Estate Design and Development from Wharton Business School focused on Architecture and real Estate from the University of Pennsylvania.
Andrea Lauren Design LLC is a full-service architecture and interior design firm. With experience in high-end custom residential, mixed-use, and hospitality design, Andrea Gulyas works with clients to realize their unique design projects. The style can be contemporary or traditional, always tailored to our client's wishes. We take our clients' inspirations and create a cohesive and lasting vision that guides the project through the multiple stages of development, planning, and construction. We are dedicated, creative, and professional.
